Returns and exchanges.

1. Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the process, please contact us within the 14-day return window at:

In your email, please specify:

  • Your order number.

  • Whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange for another item.

We will then email you with instructions and the shipping address for your return.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and Unused: The item must be in its original, new condition—no signs of wear, marks, or damage.

  • Original Packaging: Please make your return in original packaging for the safety of the item.

  • Tracking Number: You must provide us with the tracking number for your return shipment. Returns sent without prior authorization or without a tracking number will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

We carefully inspect every item before shipment. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at danielle.flaneuse@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue for you. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. This typically takes 5-10 business days.

Haven't received your refund? If it has been more than 10 business days since you received your refund approval notice, please first contact your bank. If they are unable to help, please contact us.

6. Exchanges (If Applicable)

We are happy to exchange items for a different product.

  • If your return is approved and you choose an exchange, we will process the new order and charge or refund any price difference to your original payment method.

  • Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of both the return and the shipment of the new item.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customizability reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that are personalized or made-to-order.

  • Items that have been worn

8. International Orders & Shipping

All orders are shipped from Barcelona province, Spain. For international customers:

  • If your country is not listed at checkout, please email us at danielle.flaneuse@gmail.com, and we will try to accommodate your order.

  • Please note that any customs, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the item or shipping cost. In some cases, payment of these fees may be required to release your order for delivery.
