Shipping policy.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation and payment verification.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We ship all parcels within Spain via Correos.
Shipping estimates (from Correos):
Europe: 3-5 days
Americas: 5-8 days
Asia: 6-8 days
Please Note: These delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, such as postal service disruptions, weather, or customs hold-ups.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. The exact cost will be shown clearly during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
4. What If My Parcel Hasn't Arrived? (Lost or Stolen Packages)
We make every effort to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. However, if your order is delayed or appears lost, please follow these steps:
Check the Tracking: Use the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email to check the status on the Correos website. Sometimes a delivery was attempted, or the parcel is waiting at your local post office.
Contact Your Local Post Office: If the tracking shows a failed delivery attempt or that the package is "at the unit," please visit your local Correos office with your tracking number.
Contact Us: If the tracking information hasn't updated for an extended period or confirms delivery but you have not received your parcel, please contact us at danielle.flaneuse@gmail.com within 14 calendar days from the estimated delivery date.
Claims Deadline: To initiate a trace or claim for a lost parcel with the shipping carrier, we must be notified within a strict timeframe. Therefore, you must contact us no later than 14 calendar days after the estimated delivery date for us to effectively open an investigation.
After this 14-day window, we may be unable to assist with a replacement or refund for lost packages. We will do our best to support you and work with Correos to resolve the issue.
Stolen Packages: If the postal service has registered your parcel as delivered to an unsecured location, such as a mailbox or front door, and it is missing, we must presume it stolen. We are not responsible for stolen parcels.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
